Why Should I Sealcoat? This semi-glossy layer improves the appearance of your asphalt and creates a protective seal to extend the life of your asphalt from normal wear and climate conditions. Sealcoating helps keep your asphalt from crumbling, cracking, flaking, U. V. oxidation, water, freeze and thaw erosion, and even sprouting vegetation. We recommend sealcoating once every 2-4 years for optimal maintenance. |
